Vegetable Spring Rolls

  • Ingredients:
    • Spring roll wrappers
    • Mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, etc.)
    • Soy sauce
    • Sesame oil
  • Instructions:
    1. Mix finely chopped vegetables with soy sauce and sesame oil.
    2. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto a spring roll wrapper.
    3. Roll and seal the edges with water.
    4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook the spring rolls for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
