Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • Ingredients:
    • Bell peppers
    • Ground meat (beef or turkey)
    • Quinoa or rice
    • Tomato sauce
    • Cheese
  • Instructions:
    1. Mix cooked ground meat, cooked quinoa or rice, and tomato sauce.
    2. Stuff bell peppers with the mixture and top with cheese.
    3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 20-25 minutes until the peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
